London, UK and Hong Kong – 6 October 2025 – Irostors, a leading AI-driven investor engagement platform, today announced the appointment of Timothy Marshall as Group CEO and the opening of its new London office. This strategic move strengthens Irostors’ global footprint and reinforces its mission to connect international investors with APAC-based listed companies.
Tim will be in charge of Irostors’ growing global business. Tim joins Irostors with over 30 years of experience in running companies in the areas of financial services, outsourcing, and technology. Tim came to Irostors from Global Consultancy, Alliance Advisors, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, helping to establish the company’s international business footprint. Tim started his career at a financial services consultancy based in New York and has lived and worked in the US, UK/Europe, and Africa. Tim has done extensive work assisting clients with shareholder engagement and investor relations, including advice on mergers, acquisitions, raising capital, and activist special situations. He has also worked with smaller companies over the years, helping them grow their technology platforms and scale their businesses from local players to regional and global leaders.
